Gli errori dei padri, si sa, ricadono sui figli.
Un esempio di questo è il Cadore, la mia terra, e la piega che sta prendendo in questi anni. Siamo passati da fiorenti paeselli di montagna bagnati da una diffusa ricchezza dovuta al turismo ed alle occhialerie, ad un arido deserto di prospettive per il futuro. C'è poco lagnarsi e, giusto per restare in tema di detti e proverbi, "la giustizia non è di questo mondo". Che ci vada bene o meno, la realtà è che noi, giovani e un po' meno giovani, ci troviamo ad ereditare un territorio fatto di rocce, sassi e qualche conifera e, non me ne abbiano gli ambientalisti o i forestali, queste sono cose il cui valore è risibile.
La legna dei nostri boschi non è sufficientemente pregiata per farci mobili, le montagne non sono un luogo dove coltivare agevolmente, la posizione geografica, un poco isolata, rende sconveniente pensare di impiantare qualche grossa industria. Così, volenti o nolenti, ci ritroviamo a contare i sassi e a sperare che, per quattro o cinque cime dal bel profilo, la gente sia disposta a spendere i propri risparmi pur di passare del tempo da noi.
Insomma, ci ritroviamo con una sola idea nella testa di tutti: tornare, dopo anni di bambagia tra le speculazioni e il facile turismo, agli impianti ragionati e mirati, perchè le altre idee latitano e, including efforts to look around, we see a few ideas to start with. Investments, said essential? Unfortunately investments have a problem: do not give guarantees. We bring to the table many, many money, rebuild the Cadore and ending up empty-handed in his hand. This is a big risk, but it is a risk to be run.
Right now it is difficult to predict. I fear that the money to spend on holiday there will be less for everyone. This is why I see the concern, one day, my land landslide for the absence of tourism.
