Esperienza in Burkina Faso
In queste tre settimane abbiamo fatto numerose esperienze e conosciuto diverse realtà significative;
Nel luogo where we found there was a local, previously built by a volunteer to serve as a forum, and had donated to disabled people, formed by a portico supported by old timbers and covered with straw, where they meet these people and where they wanted to follow vocational courses to learn a trade that would allow them to remain. I would point out that in Burkina
the disabled do not receive any form of pension, allowances, bonus or social health, if the family can keep them well, otherwise they are left to themselves.
Burkinabè state does not provide the health care or free care, so if you do not find people to help them out, or even una vecchia carrozzina restano abbandonati nelle loro capanne.
Ci ha messo in contatto con la Caritas di Dori, una città a Nord est del Burkina avamposto nel Sahara, terra di beduini e allevatori che vivono delle meager resources in the Sahel arid and inhospitable, whose children do not attend school simply because there are schools and where the girls do not attend school because their families often do not have the minimum necessary to live. Bernard told us without hesitation "does not help us who already receive aid," but the Bishop of Dori.

The needs were many, but the diocese has set itself the goal of building a school for girls who would otherwise have remained without education, and while digging wells for water because that was a very dry area.
What struck us about this experience is that applications that were proposed were not of such assistance, not asked us for money, clothes, food, but as a means to obtain them, even the disabled have not asked for help to live but the possibility to earn his living. Personally
with the funds that our friends and relatives had given us for our twenty-fifth wedding anniversary as well as building a house for a family in India followed by P. Vito Lipari we have financed the coverage of two of the five tanks used for the production of spirulina.
bringing our experience in association was unanimously decided to help the most vulnerable among the vulnerable: the disabled and children.
1 - It is financed by a Euro 1500 training course for disabled people for the construction of dry sheet. You will find attached photographs of the work and bills of expenditure; learned this work we aim to produce and market dry.
2 - It is funded with € 4,000 for the purchase of the school in a class of Dori, but as between saying and doing, there's always so much time and providence by Dori have told us that the pews rather than (another group that already had failed to give), bought the furniture for the rooms (bed with cabinet) of girls ospiti.
- Da tanti contribuenti che con la loro opzione del 5 per mille assolutamente gratuita scelgono di destinarlo alla nostra associazione;
- Da numerose realtà imprenditoriali che negli anni passati hanno dato il loro concreto sostegno alle nostre attività promozionali;
- from families who have chosen to finance projects of solidarity on the occasion of joyous events, as well as us, in fact two other families on the occasion of their twenty-fifth year of marriage have funded projects in solidarity with the gifts received: one for the construction of a house in India and another one scholarship to an Indian child under 12 already taken at a distance.
- About fifteen families or groups of Marineo area have adopted a child from a distance with P. Vito Lipari, Rogationist a missionary working in Kerala in India.
aware that we can not solve all problems but that with our choices, we can add una goccia di solidarietà a quanti sono nell’indigenza invito tutti coloro che hanno un evento da festeggiare nella loro vita a condividerlo con chi ne ha più bisogno e a donare il 5 per mille previsto nella dichiarazione dei redditi con il quale potremo finanziare altri progetti.
