L'esplicito rifiuto da parte del comune di Milano di affrontare e risolvere il problema della residenza è infatti strettamente connesso con il riconoscimento e con la possibilità di esigere diritti.
Attraverso il supporto e la cooperazione con i rifugiati, a partire dall' esperienza di Bruzzano,
il comitato si impegnerà nel coinvolgimento di associazioni, centri sociali, società civile e sosterrà la battaglia dei rifugiati e dei richiedenti asilo, appoggiando le loro lotte e le loro pratiche
