Roche buy Genentech
One of my main interests in the stock market, securities biotechnology the Nasdaq. In particular, those relating to pharmaceutical companies.
E 'news today that the Swiss company Roche has launched a takeover bid on Genentech, already controlled for the remainder of the capital, amounting to about 44 % of total capital.

Non è un caso che l'offerta sia avvenuta adesso, col dollaro cosi debole la Roche potrebbe indubbiamente concludere un buon affare.
Pare che verrà a breve nominato un commissario che valuti l'offerta....vedremo come andrà a finire la vicenda.
Per il momento gli azionisti della Genentech hanno visto schizzare le loro azioni a 92 $ circa (+12% rispetto alla chiusura di venerdi). Prezzo tra l'altro superiore all'offerta per azione di Roche (89 $)
